Jeff Hanson, Chief Executive and Principal Architect
Jeff Hanson formed BAP Software LLC in January of 2014 after more
than 20 years of independent consultancy work in the manufacturing,
semiconductor, defense, aerospace, and heavy equipment industries.
Jeff's passion is to first understand the business process of any given
task and then utilize human and system resources to streamline and
automate these tasks. Over the years Jeff has launched numerous Business
Automation Platforms for clients across these industries with special
emphasis on reduced manual tasks and increased visibility and efficiency.
Jeff also has a passion for the people of Africa and has formed the Ruth2 Foundation
to expand our reach accross the African continent.
Lisa Tilley, Director of Operations
As the Director of Operations at BAP USA Software, Lisa Tilley is responsible for streamlining processes,
improving efficiency and driving business success. With a robust background in sales, marketing, and
operations, Lisa excels in team management, budgeting, and developing systems that enhance productivity to
ensure steady progress toward the company's goals.
Beyond the professional realm, Lisa is deeply passionate about global mission work. Having participated in
projects across the United States, Kenya, Europe, Russia, and Mexico, Lisa has supported local communities
through efforts such as rebuilding churches and distributing medical supplies.
Lisa also volunteers with the
American Red Cross in disaster relief, where the combination of business experience and humanitarianism
enables a leadership style grounded in both empathy and efficiency.
Katy Frizzell, Program Manager
Katy Frizzell is currently the Program Manager at BAP USA Software,
where she began her journey as a Business Analyst. In her current role,
she is responsible for ensuring the smooth progress of projects, supporting
both her team and clients, and creating the necessary documentation to maintain
operational efficiency.
With a background in project management,
business management, and customer service, Katy graduated Magna Cum Laude from
the University of North Texas with a degree in Human Development & Family Science.
Outside of her professional life, Katy enjoys spending quality time with her husband.
They often attend his UTA Percussion Studio performances or unwind at home, savoring
good meals and watching The Big Bang Theory. The couple also starts each day with
morning runs alongside their German Shepherd, Tex, which helps them feel energized
for the day ahead.
Katy's love for baking often results in a cozy kitchen filled with
delicious treats. Additionally, she is the host of a women's self-care group, Zen & Friends,
where she fosters intentional self-love and builds connections to combat the isolation many women
experience.
Michael Hanson, Senior Software Engineer
Michael Hanson joined BAP Software in June of 2021. Michael brings extensive
experience in process automation and application development in the aviation, defense, manufacturing,
and logistics industries.
Since joining the team, Michael has led to the effort to streamline code
management and our software development lifecycle processes. Michael specializes in supporting our
clients engaged in Contract Manufacturing and Logistics business lines. His solutions have supported
significant cost savings across our user community by automating manual tasks, improving visibility
and increasing the efficiency of direct labor resources.
In his free time, Michael enjoys camping,
hunting, and spending time with family friends. Michael is also a licensed Ham Radio Operator and routinely volunteers
his time to provide public safety support for community and private events.
